Mobile Movie Makers Youth Film Competition & Festival (annual competition)

The Mobile Movie Makers Youth Film Festival & Competition (M3) is the Foundation’s flagship workforce development and creative media initiative.

Designed to increase representation within the entertainment industry, M3 introduces students to storytelling, filmmaking, digital media production, content creation, and emerging technologies.

Youth participants receive opportunities to:

M3 serves as an educational pipeline connecting students to future careers in film, television, media, sports entertainment, journalism, marketing, and digital communications.

M3 Youth Film Crew

The M3 Youth Film Crew provides students with real-world production experience through hands-on training during community events, festivals, conferences, and nonprofit initiatives.

Participants gain practical experience operating cameras, interviewing community leaders, producing digital content, documenting events, and working as collaborative production teams.

The program develops technical skills while teaching professionalism, communication, leadership, and workplace readiness.
